How It Works

  1. Send Your Date

    Date, venue, guest count and which booth you want. We confirm availability and send a quote with delivery included.

  2. Choose Your Formats & Frame

    You pick which print formats guests can select, and we build your custom frame with your logo, names or branding for approval.

  3. We Deliver And Set Up

    The booth arrives and is tested well before doors. Four hours of unlimited photos, then we come back and take it away.

What Your Venue Needs

These booths are heavy commercial units. Check these three things with your venue before you book, because they decide whether we can get the booth to the room at all.

Double Door Entry

The booth needs a double door to get through. A single standard doorway will not clear it.

Flat Route, No Steps

A flat delivery zone from the vehicle to the setup spot, with no steps anywhere along the way. A loading door or ramp is ideal.

Covered If Outdoors

Outside setups must be under a canopy or tent. Results can vary outdoors because natural light changes through the event.

How much does it cost to rent a photo booth in Kamloops?

The Premium dual-camera booth is $795 for a 4-hour rental. The Economy booth is $695 for 4 hours. Additional hours are $125 each on either booth. Digital copies of every event photo on a USB stick are $100. Taxes and delivery outside Kamloops are quoted separately.

What print formats can guests choose from?

The event organizer decides which of these guests can pick from. Lock it to one format to keep everything matching, or open all four and let guests choose.

What’s the difference between the Premium and the Economy?

Cameras and throughput. The Premium has two cameras running at once, one inside and one outside for group shots, plus the LED camera topper. It moves roughly twice as many guests through. The Economy has a single inside camera and seats two comfortably. If you are expecting a line, take the Premium.

Can we get digital copies of all the photos?

Yes — $100 on top of the rental and you get every photo taken at your event on a USB stick. Guests still take their printed copies home on the night; this is the complete set for you.

Is this a replacement for a professional photographer?

No. The booth is purely for entertainment and is not intended to replace a professional photographer. Book a photographer for your formal and candid coverage and use the booth for the fun part of the night.

What does our venue need for setup?

Double door entry and a flat delivery route with no steps between our vehicle and the setup spot. If the booth is going outside it has to be under a canopy or tent, and be aware that results vary outdoors as the light changes through the event.

Are props included?

No. Props are not included with either booth. Bring your own prop table if you want them — most clients do, and it works well alongside the booth.

Can we put our logo on the prints?

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. We customize the frame with your logo, event branding, names or date and send it for approval before the event.

Do you travel outside Kamloops?

Yes. We are based in Kamloops and travel throughout the BC Interior including Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, Salmon Arm, Lillooet, Lytton, Chase, 100 Mile House, Williams Lake and everywhere in between. Delivery is quoted on distance.

How far ahead should we book?

Summer Saturdays, June dry grad season and December corporate dates go first. If your date is close, ask anyway — sometimes one of the two booths is still open.

Can we add arcade games too?

Yes. The booth comes from PLAY! Entertainment Delivered, which also rents pinball, racing simulators, claw machines and carnival games. Mention it on your quote request and we will price the whole package together.
